Use of the product
The merchant is responsible for store data accuracy, compliance with Google and WooCommerce policies, and proper use of any generated feeds or integrations.
Support and updates
Support coverage, update access, and maintenance windows depend on the commercial terms attached to the product offering.
Third-party dependencies
MerchantFeed Pro depends on third-party platforms including WordPress, WooCommerce, and Google services. Availability of those platforms is outside the product’s control.
Warranty disclaimer
The product is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without guarantees that every external platform requirement or feed outcome will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product during the applicable service period.
